Just moved into my 3BHK in Sector 65 last month, and the society life is good, but I'm already thinking ahead. Heard so much about Gurgaon's property market predictions for 2026, especially the price trends. My first-hand experience with the market tells me it's getting crazy. People are saying Dwarka Expressway, especially sectors 102-113, will be on fire. Others bet on Golf Course Extension Road for luxury. And what about Sohna Road, maybe near Baliawas, with Global City coming up? Kya lagta hai, which of these three areas will actually see the biggest price jump by 2026? Need some real opinions on this.

Honestly, Dwarka Expressway is still a bit far-fetched for me. Connectivity abhi bhi challenge hai aur infra pura develop hone mein time lagega. I feel Golf Course Extension Road, especially near Badshahpur, already has established luxury and quality of life. Appreciation might be slower but more stable, plus rental yields are good. Woh high-end segment will always have buyers. What about the long-term prospects there?
U4, GCX mein toh prices already ceiling touch kar chuke hain. Entry barrier bahut high hai ab for a first-time buyer.
Yaar, same pinch! Sector 65 toh theek hai, but future ka tension alag hai. Dwarka Expressway ka hype toh pura hai, especially 102-113. Lagta hai wahi next big thing hoga, ya bas bubble hai? Kya rates chal rahe hain wahan abhi?
U2, Dwarka Exp mein 102-113 mein abhi minimum 8k-10k per sqft toh chal hi raha hai for decent projects. Kuch branded ones toh 12k+ bhi hain. Market abhi garam hai, sellers are quoting high, so be careful.
Haan bhai, Dwarka Expressway hi lag raha hai. Par budget mein aayega kya? Kitna price per sqft expect karein?
