Water supply claims in Gurgaon projects are almost always exaggerated, especially in new builds. I work in real estate but buying for myself at Mahira Homes 88B feels different. They promise 24/7 water, but I'm worried about tanker dependency long-term. Also, is full flat power backup truly delivered, or just common areas? During site visits, what are the non-obvious things to check for construction quality beyond the usual finishings? Am I overthinking this, or do others have similar concerns?
