Bhai, you're absolutely right! This is the harsh reality of buying property in Gurgaon. I was looking at a place near Badshahpur a few months ago, and the initial quote felt reasonable. But then they started adding all these 'development charges', 'IFC', 'club membership', and a 'power backup installation fee' that wasn't mentioned anywhere initially. My budget went out the window. DLF Pink Town House mein kya extra laga aapko?
