₹78 lakh for a 3BHK in Signature Global City Phase 1 seems okay, but I'm worried about long-term issues. My current 2BHK had seepage after 2 years, bahut repair karaya. Does poor construction quality really kill resale value after 5-7 years? Investor ke liye itna risk lena worth it hai? Maintenance costs for these small fixes add up and eat into profits.
