Sushant Lok II — eyeing a 3BHK for my family. Builders quote base, but what are the *actual* all-in costs in Gurgaon? What hidden charges surprised you at possession? Any ROF Group buyers, what was your final amount vs initial quote?

Oh bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Gurgaon mein toh yeh common hai. Base price kuch aur, final mein bill dekh ke aankhen phat jaati hain. I'm also looking in Sushant Lok area, 3BHK for family. This is my biggest fear.

Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera friend Dwarka Expressway pe liya tha, usko 10% extra laga. Did anyone face a surprise with IFMS or maintenance deposits higher than promised?
