Sector 45 — currently in a 2BHK, eyeing a 3BHK upgrade. Shubham Estates has options, but their floor-rise premium is pushing my budget. Is paying an extra ₹10-15L for a higher floor or PLC truly worth it in Gurgaon? My budget's around ₹2.5Cr. Does that premium even make sense for resale value?
