Gurgaon's Golf Course Extension Road has peaked, change my mind.

Golf Course Extension Road — this area keeps coming up for me. I'm checking out a 3BHK with Godrej Properties there, around ₹2.5 Cr. With Dwarka Expressway completion, people say prices will shoot up. Is that really true, or just builder talk? Should I be looking at a 5-7 year holding period for good returns? Honestly not sure if it's already peaked.
