4 site visits for Orris Greenopolis and it still feels like a concrete jungle. Brochures mein toh bahut green dikhta hai, but actual mein itna khula space lagta nahi. Matlab, towers ke beech mein thodi bohot landscaping hai but kids ke liye proper khelne ki jagah ya families ke liye walk karne ka open feel nahi aa raha. My parents keep saying green spaces are important for future value. Is it just me or is this common in Gurgaon projects now? Honestly, I had no idea it would be like this. Kya sirf marketing hai sab?

Absolutely! I went to check out a project near Airport Road last month, and the pictures were so misleading. They showed lush gardens, but it was barely a patch. This 'greenwashing' is becoming a huge problem, especially for us first-timers trying to make sense of it all.
Sahi keh rahe ho. My agent showed me a video of a place in Baharampur Naya, and it looked like a paradise. But then I read reviews saying the actual green cover is minimal. It's so confusing
