3BHK projects in Gurgaon, especially like Ireo Gurgaon Hills, kaafi expensive lag rahe hain. Currently Sector 57 mein 2BHK mein hoon, soch raha tha upgrade karoon. But itna price jump justified hai kya? Dekha hai ki projects mein bas towers hi towers hote hain, green area ke naam pe bas thoda sa lawn. Is it actually worth the premium for that space? Log kya bolte hain, real green areas milte hain ya bas brochure mein hi dikhte hain? Already home loan hai, so har penny counts.

Bhai, bilkul sahi pakda hai! Ireo Gurgaon Hills ki prices sunke toh mera BP high ho gaya. ₹7.7 Cr se shuruat? Aur bolte hain 'hills' project hai, par dikhta bas concrete ka pahad hi hai. Brochure mein jo lush green landscapes dikhate hain, woh reality mein bas chhota sa patch nikalta hai. Mera ek dost Airport Road pe dekh raha tha, same story wahan bhi. Sirf premium charge karte hain branding ke naam pe, amenities ke naam pe, but actual value for money nahi hai. Home loan already hai, itna bada jump lena matlab
