Gurgaon's green spaces are mostly a marketing lie
My lease ends in 4 months and honestly, I'm just tired of seeing these fancy brochures. I work in real estate, so I know the marketing spin, but buying for myself... it's a different game. Builders always show amazing green spaces in renders, right? Like Brahma City M Block, their renders have huge, lush gardens. But what's the reality once you move in? Is it just a tiny patch of grass next to a concrete wall? Or actual usable open space jahan kids play kar sakein, ya where one can actually relax? Honestly, I feel most Gurgaon projects promise 'green living' but deliver 'concrete jungle with potted plants'. The actual open space vs. cramped towers issue is real. They show huge areas, then you see the actual project, aur it's just towers packed together. Are the green areas genuinely maintained, or just for show? Is it just for OC photos, ya actual daily use ke liye sahi hai? What's your experience? Am I being too cynical, or is this common? Change my mind.

This is exactly my fear. I heard Brahma City M Block has good reviews generally, but what about the green spaces? Are they genuinely usable for families, ya just for show? My kids need space to run around, not just manicured lawns for photos
Totally agree with you, bhai! The marketing brochures are like glossy fiction novels these days. My wife and I are also looking, and every site visit is a reality check. It's like they deliberately hide the actual cramped spaces. The frustration is real.
