My kids have moved out, so this big house feels empty now. Looking for a compact 2BHK in Gurgaon, maybe Sector 74. Everyone talks about the 'deal' they got, but nobody mentions the hidden charges that make it a nightmare later. Builder quotes a 2BHK at ₹1.8 Cr, but with stamp duty, PLC, and parking, it's easily ₹2.2 Cr. Matlab, kitna unrealistic hai ye. Can you *really* negotiate more than 2-3% on new projects like Dreamhome Infrastructure? Or is it just a waste of time? Disagree? Tell me why.

Haan bhai, hidden costs toh reality hai, aur yeh Dreamhome Infrastructure waale toh alag level pe hain. Main bhi Airport Road ke paas dekh raha tha, same story. Builders show one price, then add PLC, IDC, FFC, club membership, maintenance advance, electrical charges. 1.8 Cr waali cheez 2.2 Cr toh minimum ban jaati hai. Negotiation? Bhool jao. Especially in new projects, they hardly budge. Dreamhome ka toh naam suna hai, unka track record bhi kuch khaas nahi hai deliveries mein. Market abhi buyer-friendly lagti hai, but builders still
