Gurgaon's high maintenance charges are pure profit for builders.

Visited DLF Moulsari Enclave last week. Brochure mein green areas bahut dikhaye, but site pe laga just for show. Maintenance charges bhi bahut high bol rahe hain. Is it worth paying extra for fancy landscaping and clubhouse if it's not well-kept later? Does this really affect resale value ya tenant attraction? Kya experience hai aapka?
