Gurgaon's infra claims: Reality or hype?
Want to know your thoughts on Gurgaon's infrastructure. I just watched a video that paints a picture of massive transformation, calling it a huge tech powerhouse with all these new jobs coming. It makes it sound like metro, expressways, schools, and hospitals are all top-notch and expanding fast. But I'm wondering, are these connectivity and amenity claims in the video actually matching what's happening on the ground? What have you guys experienced with the existing infra?

Meri site par toh possession date do baar extend ho gayi hai. Infra toh bane na bane, builder ne toh bas paisa banaya. Abhi tak basic roads bhi theek se nahi bane hain, aur park toh naam ka hi hai. Frustration ho rahi hai ab.
That's why RERA check is crucial. Many projects near Baharampur Naya are stuck ya delayed for years. Pre-launch offers se bachke raho, they promise the moon but deliver nothing sometimes.
Bhai, ye toh har builder ki kahani hai. Mera bhi same haal hai, bas dates pe dates mil rahi hain. Lol.
What about water/electricity supply in these new areas like Badshahpur? Heard it's a major issue for residents, especially in high-rise apartments. Kya ye claims sirf paper pe hain ya sach mein kuch sudhaar hua hai?
Actually, kuch new projects mein ab own STP aur borewells ka provision hai. RERA docs mein check kar lo, that gives a clearer picture. Saare projects ek jaise nahi hain, some are genuinely trying to fix it.
Badshahpur side mein paani ka issue toh hai, especially garmiyon mein. Tankers se kaam chalana padta hai kaafi baar, aur electricity cuts bhi common hain. Improvement slow hai.
Mujhe toh lagta hai Gurugram is the future, especially new sectors like Dwarka Expressway side. Connectivity improvements toh dikh rahe hain, like the new underpasses and flyovers. Investment ke liye accha time hai, no doubt.
Video toh sab glossy dikhaate hain, but ground reality alag hai. Especially jab aap actual site visit karte ho, toh pata chalta hai kya sach hai. Connectivity ke daawe aur jam-packed roads ka experience bahut different hota hai.
