₹2.5 crore for a 3BHK in Gurgaon feels like a huge stretch for basic amenities. We're upgrading for kids, so safety and good green spaces are non-negotiable. Laburnum Victory Floors 88A type projects look good on paper, but construction quality ka kya scene hai? Builders promise a lot – but actual mein seepage, cracks, ya fittings issue toh nahi aate 1-2 saal mein? Maintenance charges bhi bahut high hote hain, but service quality is often poor. What's been your experience with the *real* delivered quality, especially regarding green areas and overall build?
