₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 36A, Hercules Ventures se quote mila. Sab bolte hain negotiate karo, but I'm thinking builders just adjust it in PLC ya OC. Kya sach mein 5-10% off milta hai? Ya bas hidden charges mein add ho jaata hai? Lagta hai all-in cost mein sab cover kar lete hain. Change my mind.
