Gurgaon's 'premium' amenities are mostly a facade, change my mind
Been here 3 months now in my JMS Prime Land flat and I'm honestly a bit confused about society amenities. Possession was in March, aur jo brochures mein dikhaya tha, itna to nahi lag raha. Our clubhouse looks fancy, but yaar, kitne log actually use karte hain? Most facilities like the gym and pool feel empty. Maintenance charges toh bilkul top-notch hain, but service quality utni nahi lag rahi. Lift ka maintenance slow hai, aur security guards ka attitude bhi kabhi-kabhi off lagta hai. Is this normal in Gurgaon societies? Kya logon ka bhi same experience hai with promised amenities vs actual delivery? Should I raise these points with the RWA, ya fir sab societies mein aisa hi hota hai? Not sure if I'm overthinking it, but it doesn't feel like value for money.
