RERA number RERA-RC/HARERA/GGM/1649/1244/2022/17 hai, but ye discrepancy bahut confusing hai for first-time buyers like us. Isme toh loan lene se pehle double check karna padega.

Totally agree with U1. Gurgaon mein 'premium' bolke bas price badha dete hain, aur andar se quality ka pata nahi. Builder ka naam bada ho toh bhi quality check karna padta hai. Bahut sunne mein aata hai ki andar se sab khokhla nikalta hai after a few years.
