Gurgaon's promised amenities: Is it just marketing hype?
Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting, upgrading from my 2BHK in Sector 82. Paramount Luxury Builder Floors 25 looks good, my budget around ₹2.5 Cr for a 3BHK. But I'm worried about amenities reality. Brochures show so much, but are the swimming pool, gym, club actually delivered fully functional? Or just marketing hype? Heard some builders just leave them half-done, ya phir maintenance costs sky-high. For Paramount, has anyone seen their amenities post-possession? Are they well-maintained and usable? Also, with the market uncertainty, what's Paramount Associates' financial health like? Don't want to put money into a project with funding issues. Already have one home loan, can't risk project stalling. Is the premium justified if the promised lifestyle isn't there?
