Property prices in Golf Course Extension have jumped 20% in the last year alone, and honestly, I'm starting to think Gurgaon has peaked. Everyone glorifies the capital appreciation here, especially along Dwarka Expressway, but nobody talks about the insane entry cost now. I mean, 1.8 Cr for a decent 3BHK in Sector 82-84 feels like a stretch, even with the Dwarka Expressway completion hype. My parents keep saying 'buy now or miss out', but is the ROI really still there for someone entering at these levels? I'm looking at projects by Godrej or Emaar, but the numbers just don't add up for future gains like they used to, or am I missing something? Disagree? Tell me why.
