Just moved into my new 3BHK in Sector 65 last month. Paid ₹2.8 Cr, seemed like a good deal at the time. But now I'm hearing prices on Golf Course Extension Road are still climbing like crazy. Matlab, did I buy at the right time, or have I missed the peak for even better appreciation? Builders like M3M and Emaar are launching new phases, wondering if I should've waited. Kya lagta hai, market abhi aur upar jayega ya correction aayega? Anyone else feel like this right after buying?
