Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 65. Honestly, I'm fed up of renting, yaar, my landlord just hiked the rent again. But after seeing so many projects, I'm thinking, has Gurgaon actually peaked? Everyone glorifies Golf Course Extension and Dwarka Expressway, but prices toh already sky-high lag rahe hain. Builders like M3M and Emaar are quoting crazy numbers for 3BHKs, like ₹3 Cr+ in Sector 82. Is there still enough appreciation left for a new buyer like me? Or will the upcoming infrastructure like Global City and Dwarka Expressway completion only benefit those jo pehle se kharid chuke hain?
