Gurgaon's rental market is completely out of control.

Sohna Road mein rents 30-40% badh gaye hain pichhle do saalon mein. Yeh justified hai kya? My ROI is barely 2.5%, itna appreciation bhi nahi mil raha. Landlords kya expect kar rahe hain? Will it stabilise or just keep climbing? It's making rental investment questionable.

Bhai, Sohna Road mein rents sach mein out of control ho gaye hain. Pichhle do saal mein 30-40% increase? Meri toh investment ROI 2.5% bhi nahi hai, aur appreciation bhi itna khaas nahi mil raha. Landlords kya expect kar rahe hain, gold mine ban gaya hai kya Gurugram? Seriously thinking if rental property is even worth it anymore. Will it stabilize or just keep climbing? This makes me so nervous.
