Golf Course Extension Road — iska potential toh dikhta hai, but legal issues ka darr lagta hai. I'm looking at some projects here, maybe even a resale in Vipul Orchid Square. My concern is builder ka track record kaise verify karein properly before putting in serious capital. Bestech jaise bade names ka bhi kuch na kuch issue suna hai. RERA registration check karna toh basic hai, but usmein red flags kya dekhein? Matlab, sirf number hona enough nahi hai, right? Aur title verification ke liye kya specific steps hain jo most log miss karte hain? Encumbrance certificate check karna kitna critical hai for future exit options? Gurgaon mein RERA complaints kitni effective hain, ya bas paper pe hain?

Sahi pakda hai! Gurgaon mein RERA bas naam ka hai. Maine RERA mein complaint daali thi ek builder ke against for possession delay near Airport Road (Gurgaon side), saalon
Totally relate yaar! Golf Course Ext. Road ka hype toh hai, but builder trust issue is real. I saw a project near Badshahpur, same darr. How do we even cross-check beyond RERA number? Mujhe bhi lagta hai bas number hone se kuch nahi hota, asli game toh documentation mein hai.
