Bhai, this is the harsh reality. I almost booked a flat near Airport Road, they said RTM, but when I went for the final paperwork, suddenly there was an 'infrastructure development charge' and 'club membership fee' that wasn't mentioned initially. It added almost 10% to the cost! Krrish Provence ka toh waise hi 7.2 Cr se shuru hai, imagine 10% on that. DS Heights mein toh UC ka risk
Totally agree with the post! Gurgaon mein RTM bolke pehle toh attract karte hain, phir hidden charges ke naam pe sab badha dete hain. Krrish Provence ki pricing dekh ke toh waise hi darr lagta hai, upar se aur extra? My budget is already stretched.
