Gurgaon's super area pricing is a blatant scam

₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 54 is just insane. Builders inflate super area to justify prices, making us pay for nothing. This all-in cost is a scam. Real value kaun batayega? Change my mind.

Totally agree yaar! ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 54 is just ridiculous. They show you a beautiful sample flat and then hit you with this super area nonsense. My friend bought in Badshahpur two years back, same issue. Paid for a 1500 sq ft apartment, but carpet area was barely 1000. It feels like a hidden tax on aspirations. Builders ka bas chale toh balcony ka area bhi common area mein daal denge.
