Gurugram 3BHK on Dwarka Exp: Need unfiltered builder reviews.

₹1.8 Cr budget for a 3BHK on Dwarka Expressway is making me rethink. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. I'm looking at DLF, M3M, and Emaar projects there. Kya inki construction quality sahi mein achhi hai? Matlab, post-possession plaster cracks, seepage issues toh nahi aate? And customer support after booking ka kya scene hai? Do they even pick up the phone if there's an issue? Not sure if it's worth the premium for some of them. Koi real-world experience share karega?
