₹2.5 Cr for a 3BHK on Golf Course Extension is a big deal. I'm in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Looking at DLF, M3M, and Godrej. Are their projects actually delivered on time, or is it always delayed? And what about construction quality after a year or two? Any hidden charges at possession for these guys?

Bhai, 2.5 Cr for GCE is standard now, but on-time delivery? That's
