₹2.2 crore for a 3BHK in Sector 82 — is this a good entry point or have prices peaked? My family needs to upgrade, kids ke school admission ka bhi tension hai. We're looking at areas near Dwarka Expressway, like Sectors 102-113, and Golf Course Ext. Road too, but prices for builders like Emaar and M3M seem quite high already. With Dwarka Expressway almost complete and Global City coming up, kya lagta hai, is there still significant appreciation potential left? Ya builders ne sab kuch already price-in kar diya hai? My wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood for the children and good schools. Should we wait a bit for a correction or jump in now? Not sure if the market will keep soaring.
