Sector 43 — everyone glorifies the location, but nobody talks about the actual all-in cost for a 3BHK here. My family is growing, kids ke school admissions are near, and we need a bigger place. We're looking at a Reputed Builder project, but the sticker price is just the beginning, right? I mean, log sirf base price dekhte hain. Okay, I'll say what no one says: the actual cost after PLC, floor rise, parking, stamp duty, registration, and God knows what other charges is easily 20-25% more. It feels like a scam! Is it just me, or does everyone underestimate this? Is there any way to genuinely negotiate these add-ons, ya sab fixed hota hai? Change my mind if you think the initial price is honest.
