Okay I'll say what no one says: Signature Orchard Avenue 2 (₹22-26L) Gurugram ka ROI claim suspect hai. Main Dubai mein hoon, can't manage low-yield tenants. Builders rental income bahut inflate karte hain. Iska *actual* rental yield kya hai? Resale liquidity ka kya scene hai? Builder ka track record bhi average lagta hai. Change my mind.
