Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Gurugram, finally taking the plunge after my landlord raised rent again. I'm fed up of renting. The EMI vs rent math makes sense, but the gap between promised amenities and reality is shocking. For projects like Paramount CBS Exclusive Floors, brochures show amazing facilities, but I hear stories of poor construction, cracks appearing fast, and clubhouses that are ghost towns... Are the maintenance charges even worth the actual service? Anyone else feeling this frustration?

Totally feel you on this! Meri bhi same frustration hai. Brochure mein sab kuch five-star lagta hai, but site visit pe ya reviews padh ke darr lagta hai. Paramount CBS Exclusive Floors ka toh kaafi suna hai ki quality ka issue hai. Itna paisa deke bhi agar builder aise dega toh kya faayda?
