Gurugram amenities often fall short of brochures
Did a site visit to Raheja Krishna Housing Scheme last weekend and ab thoda confused hoon. I'm looking for an investment property, so long-term maintenance and tenant attraction are key for me. Builders brochure mein full power backup likha hota hai, but real mein kya scene hai? Is it for the whole flat or just common areas? My parents keep saying these small things affect resale value big time, and I don't want future tenants complaining. Also, water supply ka kya experience hai wahan? Tanker dependency kitni rehti hai, ya society ka water supply reliable hai? Aur elevators ki quality aur maintenance response time kaisa hai? Honestly not sure how to verify these practical things before buying. Any current residents can share their real experience on these amenities?
