Visited a Sanjay Arora project near Nirvana Country. Gurugram builders hide fees. The base price is a joke. Nobody talks about insane PLC, OC charges. How much more do we actually pay? Change my mind.

Bhai, exactly! Sanjay Arora ho ya koi aur, Gurugram mein sabka yahi haal hai. Base price toh bas baithe ka tareeka hai. Mere friend ne Sector 65 mein ek project dekha tha, last mein total cost 30% upar nikli sirf hidden charges ki wajah se.
Totally agree yaar! Mere sath bhi same hua. Final bill dekhte hi dimaag ghoom gaya tha.
