Gurugram builders and 'no discount' policy — my experience

Since last month I've been checking out projects near Dwarka Expressway, like SS Group in Sector 83. Honestly, everyone says Gurugram mein negotiation chalta hai, spot discount milta hai. But builders are so rigid! They push construction-linked plans aur bolte hain no price drop. PLC and floor rise toh fixed hain. Is this just a builder tactic? Change my mind.
