Gurugram builders are inflating carpet area

Kids' school admission next year, need a bigger 3BHK. Paramount Associates Sector 48 quoted one price, but the super area vs carpet area difference is shocking! So much PLC and floor rise for a mid-floor. Matlab, usable space feels way less. Is this normal Gurugram mein? My wife is worried about the real cost.

Oh my god, same here! Hum bhi Paramount Associates dekhne gaye the for a 2BHK. They showed us some fancy brochures, but jab carpet area ki baat aayi, it was like 60% of the super area. Pure scam lag raha hai. Gurugram mein builders ka yahi chal raha hai kya?
