Gurugram builders are masters of hidden charges, it's a joke.
I work in real estate, but buying my own 3BHK, even from Adani near Leisure Valley, has been an eye-opener. Yeh log possession ke time itne charges laga dete hain jo initial agreement mein nahi dikhte. Matlab, PLC, parking, electricity meter, OC charges – sab add up ho jaata hai. My ₹2.5 Cr budget is already stretching. I thought construction-linked payment was smarter, but now I'm wondering if a bigger upfront discount would've balanced these hidden costs better. Sahi mein, what's the actual total acquisition cost people are seeing for a 3BHK in Sector 65? Koi batao kitna extra charge expect karna chahiye beyond the base price and stamp duty? Is it possible to negotiate these post-booking charges ya builder ka 'take it or leave it' attitude rehta hai?
