Totally agree. ₹1.5 Cr for Orris Carnation is too much, especially with its age. Possession 2014 ka hai, toh construction quality ab toh dikh jaani chahiye thi. Is it even worth considering for a first-time buyer like me?
Sahi keh rahe ho. My friend lives there, and bathroom seepage started within 3 years. Builder ne koi help nahi ki. Had to spend a bomb on repairs. It's a common issue with older projects here, especially near Basai.
