Broker bol raha hai spot discount mil jayega, but I'm wary. Kitna realistically off milta hai, say on a ₹2 Cr property? Is it 2-3% ya usse zyada bhi possible hai? Also, how do you guys avoid those hidden charges that pop up at possession? Don't want unexpected costs like extra PLC or maintenance, ya random utility connection fees. Any tips on getting the *true* all-in cost upfront? Pata chale baad mein aur paise nikal liye.
