Gurugram builders' hidden charges are a bigger problem than delays

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which builder. Eyeing a 3BHK near Golf Course Extension, around ₹2.5 Cr. Honestly, I'm so worried about hidden charges at possession. Are DLF or Godrej generally fair with PLC/EDC/IDC, or do they all spring surprises? What's their actual delivery track record like? I'm nervous about unexpected costs.
