Gurugram builders ke hidden charges pe advice chahiye

My wife wants a 3BHK for kids' school, but these hidden charges are driving us crazy. Bricksquare Developers in Sector 37D quoted one price, then possession pe extra costs bata rahe hain. Anyone else faced this?

Bhai, Bricksquare Developers ka track record koi khaas nahi hai. RERA site pe bhi complaints hain inke against. Did you check their past projects' possession history?

Absolutely! Bricksquare ka toh puraana game hai hidden charges ka. Mere friend ne bhi face kiya tha Sector 37D mein hi, same issue.
