Builders actually deliver what they promise? Yaar, after a year, cracks aur seepage problems aate hain kya? Amenities ka kya scene hai? Jo brochure mein dikhate hain, woh real mein milta hai? Maintenance charges bhi sahi mein services justify karte hain? Any experiences?
