Been paying rent for 5 years now, just done with it. Finally taking the plunge for an investment flat in Gurugram. I'm looking at Vatika Primrose Floors, but main concern hai construction quality. Builders actually deliver what they promise? Yaar, after a year, cracks aur seepage problems aate hain kya? Amenities ka kya scene hai? Jo brochure mein dikhate hain, woh real mein milta hai? Maintenance charges bhi sahi mein services justify karte hain? Any experiences?

Builders hide these and then surprise you. Make sure you get a clear, itemized breakdown of ALL costs before signing anything. Is Vatika transparent with this?

The market conditions right now are a bit tricky, interest rates are high, and property prices in Gurugram have already seen a good run. Don't rush into it.
