Gurugram builders' pricing: My negotiation dilemma.

Since last year I've been looking at Gurugram for investment from Dubai. Rishika Green Global Llp in Sector 40 quoted a price, but spot discounts seem non-existent. Are builders really not budging on price now? How much negotiation is possible?

Yaar, Rishika Green Global ka toh pata nahi, but maine pichle mahine Hero Homes Dwarka Expressway pe inquiry ki thi. Unhone bhi bola flat rate hai, no negotiation. I pushed a bit, but maximum Rs. 50-70 per sqft ka hi difference de rahe the

Haan bhai, same problem. Main bhi Gurugram mein dekh raha hoon, Sector 65 ke paas, aur builders bilkul sun nahi rahe. Lagta hai ab discount ka zamana gaya.
