Gurugram builders: real experiences on delivery and quality?

Construction quality is my biggest worry with Gurugram builders, honestly. I'm looking at projects by DLF, M3M, and Godrej around Golf Course Extension ya Dwarka Expressway. My budget is around ₹2 Cr for a 2/3 BHK. People say DLF is good but slow, M3M is fast but quality can be hit or miss. Godrej ka kya scene hai? What's everyone's real experience with their construction quality and on-time delivery? Post-booking customer support bhi kaisa hai?
