₹2.5 lakh for unexpected charges hit me when I took possession of my BPTP Astaire plot last month. Builder ne last minute par PLC aur EDC adjustment bol diya, jo agreement mein clear nahi tha. Is it common with BPTP? I felt like I was signing papers blind. My advice: get every single charge, even stamp duty estimates, in writing way before OC.
