Budget final, loan bhi pre-approved ho gaya, but Gurugram mein abhi bhi confused hoon. Signature Global City 92 Phase 1 dekh raha hoon. I work in real estate, toh pata hai marketing mein kya dikhate hain. But off the record, wahan amenities ka kya haal hai? Jo promised tha, woh mila ya bas paper pe? Aur construction quality? Ek saal baad walls mein cracks, ya seepage ka problem aata hai kya? Any actual owners, please share your real experience.

Dekho, Gurugram mein market kaafi dynamic hai. New projects bahut aa rahe hain, especially in sectors along Dwarka Expressway. Resale value depends a lot on location and actual livability. Agar amenities aur maintenance mein dikkat hai toh resale mein problem aati hai. People are very picky now. Mere ek dost ne Baliawas mein liya tha, woh ab bechna chahta hai but buyers are hesitant due to poor maintenance.
Budget-conscious hoon, toh yeh price range ₹82 L – ₹2.1 Cr, especially for a completed project, sounds okay on paper. But with all these amenity concerns and potential construction issues, lagta hai ki extra costs aayenge baad mein. What about resale value in a few years? Gurugram market mein kya trend hai?
I was looking at this project too! RERA number RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/470/202/2021/38 hai na? Total units 191 hain. What about the green spaces? Brochure mein toh bahut achhe dikhte hain, but kya woh maintain hote hain? Aur security ka kya scene hai, especially at night?
Haan, security ka point valid hai. Many societies near Airport Road also face issues with visitor management. As for green spaces, most builders in Gurugram promise a lot and deliver little. Better to visit at different times of the day to check maintenance.
Green spaces are okay, not as lush as shown. Maintenance is average, sometimes they are well-kept, sometimes not so much. Security seems decent, gated community hai toh Guards rehte hain, but entry/exit pe thodi strictness aur chahiye.
Bhai, Signature Global ka track record mixed hai. Phase 1 toh complete ho gaya hai as per RERA, possession April 2023 se milna shuru hua tha. But amenities ka sunke log complain karte hain ki jo brochure mein tha, woh reality mein thoda kam impressive hai. Especially the club house and sports facilities.
