Kya Smartworld The Edition jaise projects mein RERA registration check karna kaafi hai? Seriously fed up of renting in Gurugram, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge, eyeing a 3BHK, maybe near Dwarka Expressway. But I'm so worried about legal issues. Builder ka track record kaise check karein, especially for someone like Shri R D Infra? Matlab, RERA website pe details dekhna bas formality hai ya koi deep dive bhi karna padta hai? Title verification ke liye kya essential steps hain jo log usually skip kar jaate hain? Don't want to get stuck in some legal mess later, especially after investing crores. Aur builder-buyer agreement mein kya red flags dekhne chahiye? Lagta hai hamesha unke favour mein hi clauses hote hain. Any tips on how to push back or negotiate on those?

Bhai, RERA registration is just the bare minimum, trust me. Smartworld projects are generally okay but Shri R D Infra? Maine toh inka koi project suna hi nahi, aur Gurugram mein aise bahut builders hain jo naam badal badal ke aate hain. Pehle builder ka background check karo, especially if they have zero past projects listed anywhere on RERA or any other public domain. That's a huge red flag right there, it's like buying a product from a company that doesn't exist. Gurugram mein investment karne se pehle bahut research karni padti hai.
