Gurugram circle rates revised, property costs increase

Did you hear that some areas in Gurugram just saw their collector rates jump by up to a whopping 75%? Yep, it's true! Gurugram's circle rates have been revised for 2026-27, which means buying and registering property there is now going to pinch a bit more. Overall, we're looking at a 15% to 30% increase across residential, commercial, and even agricultural properties since April.
