Gurugram clubhouses are just expensive marketing gimmicks.

Yaar, visited Raheja Krishna Housing Scheme last week. I work in real estate but buying for myself is a whole different ball game, full of tension! I'm eyeing it for investment – 1660 units, sounds like good potential. The clubhouse looked decent, but does a fancy one really attract better tenants or justify premium pricing in Gurugram? Or is it just marketing fluff that adds to maintenance bills every month? Meri budget tight hai, har extra paisa matter karta hai.
