Gurugram clubhouses are mostly for show, change my mind.

Kids moved out, so downsizing. Looking at Faith Ireo Savannah. Are their clubhouse facilities actually used daily, or are they just for show? Is the membership worth it, or ghost facilities?

Totally agree! Faith Ireo Savannah ka clubhouse toh bas brochure mein achha lagta hai. Real mein kaun use karta hai daily? My cousin booked a flat near Airport Road, same story wahan bhi.

Sahi keh rahe ho bhai. Builders just show fancy renders for clubhouses to inflate prices. My friend bought in another project, paid extra for the 'lifestyle', but swimming pool is always closed for maintenance. It's a common trick, especially for upcoming projects like Savannah.
