Gurugram construction quality is a myth for investors

Ambience Lagoon mein flat liya. Just moved in 3 months back, already walls pe hairline cracks dikh rahe hain. Seepage ka issue bhi lag raha hai. Investor perspective se, future maintenance costly padega. Tenant attract karna mushkil. Gurugram mein yeh normal hai kya? Resale value pe kitna effect aata hai?

Ambience Lagoon mein bhi? Yaar, main toh soch raha tha wahan invest karne ka. Price point toh ₹4.4 Cr se start hota hai, ispe bhi cracks? Builder ka naam sunke laga tha quality hogi.
